How to Fill Online Form
Now all Government GNM colleges under DG (Training), Medical Health and Family Welfare, U.P. are also included along with all Private Institution affiliated with U.P. State Medical Faculty for the UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET-2025).
Cast Certificate Instruction: OBC and EWS certificate should be issued after as per notification.
Photo Instruction: The photograph should be full face, from front, with white background and without spectacles.
Live Photo: UPGET 2025 Live Photo Also Required.
Candidate Can Apply From 02/04/2025 to 22/05/2025.
Before Submit the Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully.
